IEEE GLOBECOM 2020 plans to hold at most two Executive Forums, and invites the submission of Executive Forum proposals. Each Executive Forum is a panel discussion by industry leaders of the stature of CEOs or CTOs.
Structure of Executive Forum
- A forum should not have more than 4 panelists, plus the moderator
- The organizer serves as the moderator
- The organizer should prepare in advance a few questions on the panel topic and give the questions in advance to the panelists
- A forum occupies one timeslot (i.e., 90 minutes)
- The moderator gives a 10-minute introduction about the topic at the beginning of the panel
- Each panelist should give a 10-minute presentation with a small number of slides
- Each panelist should address posed questions
Preparation of Executive Forum Proposals
The length of each proposal should not exceed 5 pages in total, and a proposal should include:
- Title of the forum
- Name, position, affiliation, and contact information of the organizer
- Name, position, affiliation, and contact information of all the panelists
- Motivation and scope of the forum
- List 5 questions to be discussed
- If appropriate, a description of how to advertise/promote this Executive Forum
- Biography and photo of the organizer
- Biographies and photos of all panelists
- One page of Call for Participation for the Industry Forum

Submission of Executive Forum Proposals
- A proposal should be sent as a single PDF file to the Executive Forum co-chair via the following email address: sylien@ccu.edu.tw
- Use “Proposal of GLOBECOM2020 Executive Forum” as the title of email for submitting the proposal
